The lady did not know what a hifi canininet/stand was and upon giving her dimensions I was told to come in and look. Every other store I have phoned have been helpful and been able to either have a look there and then or get back to me after looking in the shop or their catalogues. I realise I am looking for specific dimensions hence my time saving with calling stores rather than having to travel to each store to be disappointed. Poor customer service!
